Your booking becomes binding after your written booking order and our written confirmation.
The prices are per person and night including a sumptuous gourmet breakfast. The prices depend on the category and current occupancy.
We grant a 30% discount on the room price for the 3rd and each additional person.
If the rooms are not used according to the standard occupancy, a surcharge or a flat rate will be charged.
In South Tyrol, an additional local tax of 3.50 euros per person per night is charged. This is not included in the room price.
Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 pm, please let us know. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.
We charge 40% of the total price as a deposit.
The hotel bill can be paid on departure in cash, by debit or credit card.
In the event of cancellation, please inform us in writing in good time.
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival free of charge
- If canceled between 4 weeks and 11 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booked travel price.
- Cancellations made between 10 days and the day before arrival will be charged at 70% of the booked price.
- In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked price will be charged.

You can bring your dog with you on request for an extra charge of € 30 per day (without food).
Please understand that your little darling does not have access to the swimming pool, the sauna and spa area, the sunbathing lawn or the dining rooms.
