Your booking becomes binding after your written booking order and our written confirmation.
The prices are per person and night including a sumptuous gourmet breakfast. The prices depend on the category and current occupancy.
We grant a 30% discount on the room price for the 3rd and each additional person.
If the rooms are not used according to the standard occupancy, a surcharge or a flat rate will be charged.
In South Tyrol there is an additional local tax of € 3.50 per person per night. This is not included in the room price.
We charge 40% of the total price as a deposit.
The hotel bill can be paid on departure in cash, by debit or credit card.
In the event of cancellation, please inform us in writing in good time.
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival free of charge
- If canceled between 4 weeks and 11 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booked travel price.
- Cancellations made between 10 days and the day before arrival will be charged at 70% of the booked price.
- In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked price will be charged.

You can bring your dog with you on request for an extra charge of € 30 per day (without food). Please understand that your little darling does not have access to the swimming pool, the sauna and spa area, the sunbathing lawn or the dining rooms.
