At the AMARIL relaxing enjoyment is important to us. Start your morning with our regional culinary breakfast between 07:30 and 10:30. Our breakfast buffet introduces you to the culinary versatility of the region. In the afternoon, the hotel's own bistro serves small dishes and special drinks created for the perfect in-between pleasure. Directly in the hotel is also the restaurant TERRA, which will treat you in the evening with regional and seasonal specialties.

BREAKFAST: VERSATILE AND FULL OF SURPRISES

A careful selection to start your morning, everything we serve has been carefully selected: fresh eggs from local farms, homemade bread and jams, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, Val Venosta fruits and vegetables ripened under the South Tyrolean sun. Regionality is a real promise. The organic products do not travel long distances. Special à la carte dishes are offered daily: eggs, pancakes and porridge are brought fresh to your table.

BISTRO AND BAR: LIGHT MENU, SATISFYING FLAVOR

Even the best morning refreshment loses its effect at some point in the fresh Val Venosta air. If in between the small hunger surfaces, you are exactly right at the AMARIL Bistro. Our team serves light meals, ice cream as well as drinks at the bar and by the pool.

Our in house restaurant TERRA serve creative dishes à la carte. Our chef brings regional, seasonal, culinary experiences to the plate every day. Every creation can be accompanied by a harmonious drop.
